The second phase of the Sustainable Transport in the Barents Region project (STBR II) aims at strengthening transport cooperation across the borders, specifically between Russia and Nordic Countries, and improving sustainability in transport.

The project is carried out under the auspices of the BEAR Communications Group and the Steering Committee of the Barents Euro-Arctic Transport Area.
